Grandstream DP760 Dect Repeater
The Grandstream DP760 is a powerful wireless DECT repeater that pairs with the Grandstream DP750 DECT base station for increased mobility and range. The DP760 claims to have a range of 300 meters outside and 50 meters inside to give users the freedom to move around their workplace or home environment.
The DP760 can handle up to two simultaneous HD calls when connected to the LAN via Ethernet, or one HD call per day when using the RF interface for transmission. The Ethernet connection provides Power over Ethernet (PoE) for convenient installation and a variety of remote management features, status monitoring, and repeater firmware upgrade.
Grandstream DP760 Features
The Grandtream DP760 supports RF links (day chains) made or paired with the DP750 over a network for transport. Each method has a slightly different supported feature. The DP760 supports one HD call in "day chain" mode, or two HD calls when using Ethernet-based paring and transport. The device supports G.722, the wideband code, or G.726, the narrowband code. The Grandstream DP750 has support for several more codecs - more on that later.
The Grandstream DP760 repeater resembles the DP750 base tune. The device has as et of backlit LED status indicators, an Ethernet jack, a micro USB power jack, and a button for manual pairing. The DP760 supports PoE, but the micro USB jack can also power the device with the included adapter or any standard USB 5 VOLt DC micro USB adapter. There are a lot of mounting options on the back of the device for wall mounting in a variety of locations. Overall, the repeater is clean, simple, and unobtrusive.
